Choose the closest reusable shape. It adds generic draft structure only—never another client's facts, evidence, or decisions.

Choose the right product or service Help someone narrow options using real fit criteria, then reach a useful product, quote, or sales step.

Import current website inventory

Best for WordPress: open Tools → Export and download Pages first. Export Posts separately when articles matter to search or customer education. If WooCommerce offers a Products export, import that separately too. You can also paste a sitemap or a list of full page addresses.

WordPress pages, posts, and products—including draft, private, and trash records—enter the searchable Pages inventory. They do not appear on the visual Site map until you deliberately map them. This prevents WordPress parents, old records, and large blog archives from manufacturing a false tree. Off-site links are ignored and the whole import can be undone.

One import is capped at 500 records and 25 MB. Import Pages, Posts, and Products as separate WordPress exports.
